Using the website implies the full and unconditional acceptance of the general conditions set forth below. These conditions may be altered or completed at any given time. We suggest the website users consult them on a regular basis.

This website is usually accessible to users at any given time. However, an interruption for technical and maintenance reasons can be decided by S.A.S LAMAÏ, who will make sure that the dates and times of intervention will be communicated to the website users in advance.

The website is regularly updated by Anne Roussel. Similarly, legal notices could be modified at any given time: nevertheless these will require the website user to refer to them as often as possible in order to take note of them.

2. Description of services available

The purpose of the website is to supply information about all the activities of the company.
S.A.S LAMAÏ endeavours to supply information as precise as possible on the website.
However, S.A.S LAMAÏ will not be held accountable in the event of update omissions, inaccuracies or deficiencies, whether on his account or on the account of a third party supplying these informations. All the information given on the website is given for information purposes only and is liable to change. Furthermore, the details featured on the website are not exhaustive.
They are given subject to any modification added after they have been put online.

3.Contractual limitations on technical data

The website uses JavaScript technology.
The website will not be held liable for any damages linked to the utilisation of the site. Furthermore, the website user commits himself to accessing the website using recent equipment, free of any viruses and with an updated and latest generation Internet browser.

S.A.S LAMAÏ owns the intellectual property rights or holds the usage rights on all the accessible elements featured in the website, such as texts, pictures, graphics, logo, icons, sounds, software

Any non-authorised exploitation of the website or of any of its elements will be considered an infringement to copyright and will be prosecuted in compliance with the articles L.335-2 et seq of the Intellectual Property Code.

5. Limitations of liability

S.A.S LAMAÏ will not be held responsible for the direct or indirect damages caused to the user’s equipment while he is accessing the website, when it is the result of either his equipment not being in compliance with the specifications shown in point 4, or the appearance of a bug or an incompatibility.
Similarly, S.A.S LAMAÏ will not be liable for indirect damages (such as loss of opportunity or market share) occuring after using the website

S.A.S LAMAÏ reserves the right to remove, without prior formal notice, any content left in this area, which would be against the law applicable in France, particularly the measures relating to the protection of data. If need be, S.A.S LAMAÏ also reserves the option to blame the civil or penal liablility of the user, particularly in the case of any messages containing racial, insulting, defamatory, or pornographic contents, whatever the media used (text, phototograph, etc.)

6.Personal data management

In France, personal data is protected notably by the law n° 78-87 of January 6th1978, the law n° 2004-801 of August 6th 2004,  the article L. 226-13 from the Penal Code and the European Union Directive of October 24th 1995.

As you are visiting the website, the following can be collected: the URL (Uniform Resource Locator) of the links via which the user has had access to the website, the internet provider of the user, and the IP (Internet protocol) address of the user.

In any case, S.A.S LAMAÏ only collects personal data linked to the user as they are required for some of the services featured on the website. The user submits these pieces of information with full knowledge, particularly as he enters the data himself. It is then specified whether or not the user of the website has to submit these pieces of information or not.

In compliance with the regulations of the articles 38 et seq of the law 78-17 of January 6th 1978 relating to computer software, files and freedom, any user has the right to access, rectify or oppose to any personal data about him, by supplying a written and signed request  along with a copy of his ID showing the signature of the document’s holder, as well specifying the address to which the response must be sent.

No personal information of the user of the website will be published, exchanged, transfered, given or sold unbeknown to the user, on any type of format, to a third party. Only the hypothetical purchase of the company S.A.S LAMAÏ and of its rights would allow the forementionned data to be transmitted to the potential buyer who, in turn, would be bound with the same obligations of conservation and modifications of data concerning the user of the website.

The website is not registered at the CNIL (National Commission for Data Protection and Liberties) as it does not hold any personal information.

The database is protected by the regulations stated in the law of July 1st 1998, implementing the directive 96/9 of March 11th 1996, relating to the legal protection of database.

7.Hyperlink and cookies

The website contains a number of hyperlinks to other websites, set up with the authorisation of S.A.S LAMAÏ. However, as it is hardly possible for S.A.S LAMAÏ to check all the contents of those accessed websites, consequently, S.A.S LAMAÏ will in no way be liable for anything regarding this matter.

Browsing on the website could cause the installation of cookies on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small file which does not permit the user to be identified, in fact it records pieces of information related to a computer browsing a website. The data thus collected aim to facilitate later browsing on the website, and are also destined to enable the measuring of attendance rates.

8.Applicable law and choice of jurisdiction

Any litigation regarding the use of the website is subject to French legislation. The legal jurisdiction will be made exclusive to the relevant Paris courts.
